Message	Had mine for awhile, maybe 2 years now, no leaks so far. Only problem I had was two of the holes drilled into my floor did not have the proper depth for the anchors they supplied. So I dropped two 6" epoxy anchors in there and holds great. It is not going anywhere. Held all the torque I could throw at it with my torque wrench, way more then the manufacturer minimum. I leave the pump connected and run it under a commercial grade cable connector, rated at 12k lbs.
